SERVICES OF OUR FITNESS AND WELLNESS CENTRE

  • Use of the gym: Modernly equipped fitness center with mostly American fitness and cardio machines from Hammer Strength®, Life Fitness, Cybex and other world brands. We have machines loaded for free weights, but also with the ability to adjust the weight using a pin. One and two handed dumbbells are a matter of course
    • Personal trainers: A service in which the client exercises under the supervision of a professional who creates a customized training plan and helps with technique. Prices are individual.
    • Group lessonsA: Instructor-led courses focusing on different types of exercise such as yoga, pilates, spinning or circuit training.
    • Wellness and relaxationA: Here you will find a modern SPA with sauna, steam, whirlpool and Relax zone for a very important relaxation for your body. You can also take advantage of the services of our excellent masseur.
    • Nutritional counselling and diagnosticsA: We have a trained nutritionist on hand to advise you and also create a tailored menu. You can also have a body diagnosis (on the InBody 230) and then consult with our therapist.
    • Boxing and Octagon MMAA: In our center on the 1st floor we have built a room where you can find a boxing ring, Octagon cage, punching bags, pears and all this on the Tatami mats.
    • Cardio zoneA: In our separate cardio zone you will find 8 treadmills, self-propelledCurve treadmills, Ski ergometer, 2 x stairs, CybexArcTrainers, rowing machines, treadmills, Air bikes, endless ladder and more.
    • Outdoor Spinning: We are preparing outdoor SPINNING in the open air
    • Reception with barA: At our reception you will be served by friendly staff, the bar will offer coffee, tea, drinks, preparation of protein and carbohydrate drinks, a range of protein bars and other important supplementation can not miss. There will also be seating around the reception area for any meetings or just a friendly chat and drinks or food.
    • Towel and sheet rentalA: You can buy a small or large towel at our reception for a fee, as well as a spa sheet.
    • Changing rooms and social facilitiesA: The changing rooms are divided into men's and women's. The women's changing room is equipped with chip lockers and in the sanitary facilities you will find 2 separate showers, 2 x WC and 2 x washbasin, a hairdryer is a matter of course. The men's changing room also has chip lockers, 2 separate showers, 2 x cubicle WC, 2 x urinals and 2 washbasins including a hairdryer.
    • Security of your valuablesA: At the reception we have prepared security lockers for your valuables, which are locked only by you and guarded under constant supervision of the reception, but also by a camera system.
    • MusicA: In our centre, music is produced and automatically transmitted online to monitors located on every possible visible wall in the centre, except in the boxing and wellness area where quiet is required.
    • ParkingA: There are several free parking spaces in front of our centre
  • Opening hoursA: We have adjusted the opening hours so that no one can make excuses for not having time to go to the fitness centre. You are open daily, all year round, regardless of weekends or public holidays, from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Top trainers You can choose your personal certified trainer, whether male or female, and agree on a price with him or her, because each trainer sets his or her own prices. Trainers are not tied to the fitness center in any way.
